This place does some stuff well and falls down completely in others.
Good beer and wine selection along with decent fresh meats selection.
Fruit and veg along bakery are not great. I am not sure if the folks from Barrhead like all of their veg pre-​packed. Lots of empty bins in the veg section and the biggest section for the butchers is the roast chicken section.
They do have a dedicated American section which contains expensive coronary inducing American assorted foods. Kraft dinner, Cereals and chocolate bars all are present.
The beer section is pretty extensive and you could find some pretty nice stuff in here.
My only other point is that they for some reason love to hide the Paterson Oatcakes. Do I take this personally, nope. But every time they would find a new place to put them and I would be looking behind columns to see where they were today.
