Ortak

Ortak isn’t a store that usually excites me very much but this is one of the nicest branches of Ortak I’ve ever seen and I spent quite a while wandering around looking in all the various cabinets. The shops is fresh and very well organised and everything has great attention to detail. I especially liked the cute as a button ceramic cupcakes beside all the various displays, it added extra colour to the store.
I always associate Ortak with the Scottish themed jewellery that it stocks in celtic styles. Of course this branch does stock more traditional pieces but it was refreshing to see more refreshing displays with contemporary designs that makes this shop appeal to a wider audience. They had some really pretty butterfly and loveheart themed jewellery sets and simple pendants too. There was also a cabinet dedicated to little ornaments and nifty martini glasses for gifts. I really liked a little compact mirror on display with a dragonfly on it, it was very unusual and cute too.
Overall, a very nice shop with pleasant staff and fantastic attention to detail.
