Caffè Nero

The nicest Caffè Nero in Edinburgh. Hands down.
So this is a wonderful location with all glass windows on one side and two-​floors. It sits in the Fort Kinnaird Shopping Complex. The people who work at this location are very friendly and the café itself is amazing. Their coffee is obviously good as well.
This location has two-​floors with lots of leather chairs and seating all over the place, a nice downstairs seating area, and a huge playground for kids, with lots of windows for parents to enjoy their coffee and still watch their kids play outside.
This is a great place to get work done, relax before taking in movie at the nearby Odeon Cinema, or just hang out with friends. Yes, it is in a shopping complex, however I do think they made this as comfortable as possible for people who stop by. And that counts for something.
This Caffè Nero is far ahead of the others that I’ve been to while living in Edinburgh. It is a great family location as well, with the only playground I’ve seen for kids in any shopping area in the UK (although I’m sure they exist elsewhere).
