This little café has a huge selection of cakes and baked goods to satisfy any sweet tooth, including mine(has to be gluten-free!) They had a couple of options the day I was in — a really decadent chocolate torte with a couple of different toppings(I went for salted caramel.) They also had a zucchini cake with lime and coconut, I believe — we tried it, and while good, you can’t beat the chocolate torte. I often find myself disappointed in small town bakeries and cafes, but Spill The Beans made my day!

Their motto here is Good karma makes good cakes, and there must be quite a lot of good karma around because, wow, there’s a lot of excellent cakes on offer, all baked in-house and posted every morning on the tea room blackboard. Good luck trying to choose between Victoria Sponge, Coconut & lime sponge, orange poppy seed, carrot cake, I came across this café in Dunkeld, tucked away next to the cathedral, with friendly staff, cakes and home baking where fresh and good value for money. This is a clean café and staff are friendly and helpful. Tea is from Brodies in Edinburgh. All served on delicate bone china cups.

Nice café, little courtyard out the back and good selection of light foods, home baking and salads. Like the fact they serve Suki Teas as makes a change from the usual tea bag varieties! Well worth a stop
