Lovely large airy store — no pile ‘em high stacks of beer in the aisles. The café served a great value/tasting curry too. Service in café pretty damn slow though, even after the lunchtime rush at 2.30pm.

A combination of Waitrose and John Lewis under one roof. Loads of parking outside and undercover, good café and plenty to look at while you or yours does the weekly shop. There’s also a currency exchange counter and a dry cleaners. All in all, a really good experience, even if you don’t plan to spend much money — and you certainly could if you’re not careful!

Easily the best Waitrose in Gloucestershire. It’s big, it’s got a John Lewis Home section and a decent coffee shop. The aisles are nice and wide(and they need to be as shopping at Waitrose seems to be a social occassion and not just a necessity). The bakery section is pretty great(albiet expensive, but hey, this is waitrose we’re talking about). There’s lots of parking and one of those trolly blocker surfaces to stop people nicking the trolleys and dumping them around town(bonus!)

If you’ve become used to cramped, crowded supermarkets, Waitrose Cheltenham is a breeze. Wide aisles, a huge range of products, and a mini-John Lewis, with furnishings, homewears and electricals. They also carry a nice range of olives and continental meats. The store is very large and prices are on the high side, but they are not far off the other main supermarkets. You can order online as well for delivery, but the service is small at the moment and they only have one van, so if you want Waitrose products delivered you’d be better off using Ocado, which now delivers in Gloucestershire. But for going out and buying groceries, Waitrose Cheltenham is great.

Lovely shopping experience(if there is such a thing!) Well designed with a lovely choice of good quality food, toys, selected furniture and home items — great for finding a quality present.

Waitrose is a great place to shop in Cheltenham, it has pretty much all you could want under one roof. Well not everything but great for that last minute shopping. The Toy section has variety and sometimes those odd bits not to be found in the Town. Good to see John Lewis electrical goods there toogreat for the extra long guarantees. the food is pretty special too. The quality of bread is lovely and I think unbeatable.

If you’re in Cheltenham and need lunch and free parking this is the place to go. A huge café with an outdoor seating area. Lots of choice and good service. Not the cheapest but clean and friendly and always good quality food.

Shopping in Waitrose is generally a pleasure, the foods more expensive but there’s more space in the aisle so making if see less like the zoo other supermarkets are. This Waitrose has a few problems, first you’ve got to find your way around the very confusing car park, and then you’ve go to go through a mini John Lewis before you can actually get to the food. Other than that it’s fine.

A very nice store that I can spend a long time in gazing at stuff that I don’t need, but oh boy do I want. A very new and clean store with plenty of well stocked shelves and staff that bend over backwards to be helpful, but without being in your face. A very nice range of home wears which are usually the bit I stand dribbling at. The food part is wonderful though, but 2 things that I really can recommend are the Prosecco and the chocolate brownie gateaux(which may explain a lot about me) and to be honest the prices are not that far of Sainsbury so if I do shop there I don’t really notice a difference. Ample parking, good coffee shop and very very clean toilets. A shop that is highly recommended

I love going to Waitrose — I always end up wanting everything! Their food is amazing and is generally very high quality. A trip to their bakery counter is a must. I always like looking around the John Lewis department and my children love browsing the sizeable toy department. The café is a great place to stop for lunch, too. The car park is vast, with half of it above ground and half below ground. There seem to be plenty of parent & child spaces.
