Rally helpful staff, and the food seems fresh and good quality. You have to pay and order at the bar, like a deli. I think they only take cash which was a little disappointing as I tend not to carry any, otherwise I might become a regular. There isn’t much in the way of seating, however the flowers they have on tables are pretty. Overall I enjoyed my brunch there, a tad expensive for coffee.

Very popular place to be, kinda«hipster» i guess. I’ll admit I do love the atmosphere! I had an amazing white chocolate flapjack when I went, I didn’t want it to end. Only problem for me is that it always seems to be packed!

Nicest healthy lunch in Cambridge, let down by lack of seating. Salads by the portion are great. No WiFi alas.

I’d been looking for a great local café here in Cambridge, which tends to be dominated by larger chains. I can happily say that I’ve found my spot. Stickybeans is inviting, cozy, quaint, and refreshing. It’s a wonderful place to pass the time with a good friend. Other reviews seem to find it expensive, but the coffee and teas run about £2 to £3, which is pretty standard for Cambridge. I can’t speak to the food, but everything looks fresh and delicious.

Really disappointing. Lovely looking, and staff really friendly and attentive, food looks very pretty, but. Way too expensive for the quality. It’s not bad, just not all of that. I guess it’s horses for courses, but this place did not do it for me.

Inside the place is a long hallway where you can find coffee booths and information desksthat leads you to the right hall that you are looking for. There is also lots of food stall along the way that sells huge selections of delicious foods at very cheaper price.

Hands down best cappuccino in Cambridge. Just perfect. I discovered this place in the spring, and since then I’ve filled 2 loyalty cards and part of a third over a three month span, so we’re talking 20+ cappuccinos. I was close to becoming a full British convert to tea before Stickybeaks reeled me back to the darkside. Their menu is limited and generally pre-made. However I really do enjoy their quiches and their pudding cakes, which go through subtle variations each day. Their sausage rolls are just ok. If you have a big appetite, filling yourself up here may be an expensive task. Otherwise the space is nice, the full glass paneling provides for a ton of natural light, and on warm days they have two tables outside, which can sometimes be a challenge to claim. Definitely recommend if you are coming for a 30 minute break for coffee!

Sticky beaks provided a well deserved rest after an afternoon spend battling through the crowded streets! The sun definitely brought out the tourists… mind you Cambridge was looking particularly lovely. We enjoyed a cup of tea and a slice of peanut butter cake and a chocolate and ginger try bake. Both delicious.

Stickybeaks currently holds the torch as my favorite café in Cambridge. The food was delicious and the menu changes daily. I can’t wait to get back and try something new. There were plenty of healthy and affordable lunch options. I had lamb stuffed peppers that were served on a bed of spinach. It was damn near perfect.

Stickybeaks was a welcome addition to the Cambridge café scene during my year there. I think their lattes are as good as it gets; one of my Cam friends, a Berliner latte connoisseur, agreed with my assessment on this point. The food offerings are fresh and flavorful, and they change daily. There are separate breakfast and lunch options, and I recommend this café for both. Service is friendly. When I was there, it tended to be on the slower side, partly because all items are prepared fresh and partly because the staff were all new for obvious reasons. I think that this is a great place to study — individually or with a study group — if you don’t need Internet access(I couldn’t get university WiFi here as of June 2011, when I moved away.) It’s small enough that it usually does not get very loud, and you can keep the coffee flowing. However, getting a table can be somewhat competitive during peak hours. There are typically a couple of tables outdoors, but most of the limited seating is inside. This is another one of the very few Cambridge eateries that I would heartily recommend no matter in which city it was located. I wish it all the best and hope that it does really well.

Combining contempo casual with traditional café-style comfort, Stickybeaks is a trendy brunch/lunch spot with communal wooden tables in a surprisingly small seating area. Yes, the walnut broccoli frittata was fresh and nutty in flavorand the berry, white chocolate, bread pudding with a side of crème fraîche splendidly tastybut the highlight of my Stickybeaks experience was undoubtedly my window seat, which allowed me to witness the entire pursuit and capture of a thief with sticky fingers for handbags from Marks & Spencers(HAHA sticky fingers, sorry I couldn’t help myself-and really now, of all placesM&S?!?) Anyway, give this café a shot-particularly for the desserts/baked goods, if not for its prime location in viewing street crime. Happy eating.

A really great place to go to. The caffee is good and especially the cakes are just absolutely adorable! The café itself is modernly furnished and the atmosphere good. I can really recomend it.

I love the style of this place! It’s so attractively decorated and the menu is so simple. It’s just this side of twee, but I sort of like that about it. I had lunch at Stickybeaks and really enjoyed cold roasted salmon on bed of greens with a delicious remoulade or salsa on top. We split a gluten-free cake that was delicious. The staff were really friendly and very relaxed about the whole process. It did seem as though they were a little bit green and that another few months of being open will sharpen up the service a bit, but friendliness goes a long way to making up for being new.

Now our favourite coffee shop/café in Cambridge, although Indigo pushes it close. Nice food, great service(with a smile), and a menu that is getting better and better each time we visit. Highly recommended!
