T-Mo is now EE. But I’ve been on the phone for 45 mins waiting for customer service. This is after going to this store for help getting the settings sorted for my phone to use the T-Mo prepaid SIM. The Asst. Mgr, said my phone didn’t have the right settings to configure. «You don’t have APN,» Gary said. Really, I clicked around and there was«Access Point Names.» Now what. He tried to enter the settings. Then said it didn’t work and to call Customer Service to get a text with the settings. So as I type this review I’ve been on 08454125000 for 50 mins. A frigging joke! This store is about sales, not service. Other places would call customer service and get it sorted. What kind of manager would let a customer leave without solving the problem?! Certainly Gary from EE in Broadmead. — — — – Update: customer service said that Gary must have been mistaken. Just turn off Wifi, turn on data roaming and reboot the phone. Still not working. The call back in 15 min also didn’t happen. Sigh!

Awesome little shop. We were in and out with brand new prepaid sim cards in under 10 minutes. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They got our SIM cards activated quickly and actively worked to make sure we understood what we needed to do regarding mobile Internet and SMS plans and all of the other«booster» packs T-Mobile offers in the UK. I wish they had explained a bit more about their international roaming to us, but we kind of just figured we’d be getting sim cards in other countries, so we didn’t ask. I’m sure they knew about the«Euroboosters,» but we didn’t until it was too late to use them. Head to this T-Mobile store. You won’t be disappointed. In a world full of cookie-cutter mobile phone stores, this one’s actually a bit of a gem.

This shop is brilliant. After getting absolutely nowhere with the T-Mobile call centre, I decided to do things the old fashioned way and actually go into the shop and speak to a real person face to face and boy am I glad I did. Not only did they help me with what I went in for(to get Mobile Broadband) but they helped me save money on my contract. I was on a £10 a month contract but was racking up bills of £50 a month. They looked at my billing info, sussed out it was by going over my calls limit to landlines and sorted me out with another £10 a month line which gives me unlimited landline calls. My monthly bill should not be £20 a month rather than £50 plus. Brilliant. The guy who helped me and his colleague were both lovely, helpful fellas who seemed like they genuinely wanted to help. I’d recommend any T-Mobile customers to head into this store to deal with their account.
