3 Store

I picked up a SIM when I arrived from the US and got it up and running quickly with my iPhone 5. You cannot beat the unlimited data plans vs paying huge fees to your US carrier.

I brought my phone here to be fixed when it broke soon after I bought it and failed to ever turn on again. The guy in the store was really helpful, filled in all the required forms for me, sent it off and called to let me know when it was ready to be fixed. However my husband then had a problem with his phone, brought it into the same 3 store and they wouldn’t help him saying he had to bring it back to the store he bought it from or somewhere else. Can’t see why they helped me but wouldn’t help me except for the fact that I’m girly and helpless ;-) I’ve now had the same problem happen to my phone as my husband has had. I reset all the settings on my phone and had to delete a load of files in order to get it to work occasionally. I turned off the Email on 3 function and that seems to be solving the problem. Don’t particularly want to have to trek all over town just to find out what store will be willing to fix my phone fixed, if you want a job done, do it yourself!
