I have been in Phoenix a couple of times and must say that I was impressed. It is a hotel restaurant so it gives you that«hotel» feel but otherwise there’s very little that you can complain about. The staff is extremely friendly and when they’re really busy they work really hard to serve their guests with a smile. They have strange way of serving food though. When you place your order your starter arrives way before your wine. One thing is certain, Phoenix definitely know how to cook. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Even simple Cesar Salad tasted like a fine dish. It shows you how great, local ingredients and great cooking skills can transform something simple and boring into a little piece of art. One thing I didn’t like was their wine prices. Massively overpriced.

The Phoenix restaurant offers an array of culinary delights using the finest local ingredients to create a sophisticated Brasserie style menu suitable for business lunches or family occasions. The food is all cooked to order and uses only the freshest local ingredients to create dishes that are beautifully presented with creativity and flair. Set in the luxurious surroundings of the hotel itself, the restaurant is complimented by the stylish Phoenix bar where guests can retreat for an after dinner drink and choose from a wide selection of cocktails, alcoholic beverages and coffees. Slightly on the expensive side but if you’re fealing flush then this place might be a good call.
