WIN/WIN! Love it and will go back very soon. A wonderfully varied selection of food and drink and as we have people visiting us from out of town we try to get there to show them some of Bristols best places.

I’ve become quite the fan of Brewdog, since discovering my taste for craft beer. And although it isn’t my favourite craft beer bar in town, it is a great bar and hang-out and has been a huge influence in raising the craft beer following throughout the country. I’ve been to Brewdog’s Bristol edition on Baldwin Street a few times now, and have enjoyed myself every time. It has a really casual vibe to it and always seems busy, even week day afternoons. I’ve only recently found my love for craft beer, so I love going in and asking for something different from the menu. You don’t get that luxury and diversity if you’re a lager or cider drinker in Bristol(or the UK) The staff are always happy to pour you a few samples of their beers — some of which are 40%! Word of warning: don’t drink the 40% beer — it’s crazy juice! There are a few really good Craft Beer bars in Bristol now, BrewDog isn’t the best, but it’s the original — so I love for that, and it’s beer!

Please, so I’ve never eaten here but the drinks selection is amazing. The red Ale is the best if you ask me, while the atmosphere is just fantastic(there was live music when we visited on a lively Saturday evening) and the harbour side setting is lovely. For proper beer, head here and you’re guaranteed to leave feeling satisfied.

You can believe I will be back here the next time I’m in Bristol. I was really thrilled with all the choices on tap. The 4-way sampler was really good and let me try a lot more than I would if I was buying full pints. They serve a bunch of their own beer as well as guest brews from other quality breweries. It changes up quite a bit and it’s really good beer. I ate dinner elsewhere so I can’t comment on the food. On a nice evening, they open it wide up and there are outdoor tables. The bartender was friendly and had lots to tell me about the different beers on tap. Great location, great atmosphere, great beer selection. Worth the trip.

I am a big fan of brewdog beer, and surprisingly, yesterday was my first visit. yes I am aware that it has been here a while, but the bar is usually busy anytime I fancy a visit. Which is understandable, their beer is fracking delicious. The bar is great, really liked the service, plus you’ve got a great view of Bristol bridge from the rustic looking bar. Which is something I’ve always liked about the brand, I’m a sucker for anything quirky and or rustic and always love it when said quirky/rustic product is good. For those familiar with the brand; they have most of the usual offenders on tap and the rest in bottles or cans, my favourite being punk IPA, which is just gorgeous on tap. My one criticism(but its just me nitpicking) is the size of the venue, again its usually always busy, which is good, so would be nice to see it expand some day to make room for more seating or something… Also, bonus points for stocking classic boardgames. Alcohol fuelled jenga is always fun

After spending most the day walking around Bristol, exploring the harbour and just generally having a nice day! We found brew dog after a few people had told me about the place I was pleasantly surprise to see they wasn’t lying about it, it’s a trendy up to date bar but doesn’t try to hard with a fancy décor, your made to feel welcome as soon as you walk in and everything that’s on offer is clearly shown on the chalk broads behind the bar, the prices are reasonable and the price list shows ½ pint prices aswell as pint prices, the whole pub had a relaxed feel about the place and the staff were really friendly and when they saw are glasses were empty they asked if we wanted another without having to go up to the bar. The fun added bonus to the place was the broad games aswell! I can honestly say I have never sat in a bar and played monopoly at the same time(I have to admit I got abit into the game haha, but I won by the way lol) I’m glad to hear there’s a brew dog back here in Birmingham so I will be paying that place a visit sooner rather than later. Overall it’s a must place to visit during a night out or just for a cheeky pint while your out and of course if you fancy a game of monopoly aswell haha!

I’m not sure how I overlooked to review this place already, seeing as I’m obviously very fond of it, and have managed to visit it multiple times already. Brew Dog makes a great range of beers(I just wish they made some more beers with a moderate alcohol rate), and this pub has most of them, as well as a variety of other beers. The staff is very friendly, and while I haven’t socialized that much with other patrons, they seem happy and approachable. I prefer a traditional pub look to the industrial design of this pub, but oh well. When in Bristol, make your way here(and presumably I would give the same advice for their pubs in other locations) and have some great British, and modern beer. Never tried the food.

Awesome beer. I am a big fan of craft beers. The location is a nice place to hang out and enjoy the selection. I had the Great Divide Yeti Imperial Stout. It was excellent, very robust flavours and quite a kick — stick with a half pint. I also had their Devon Red Cider. It was a very well balanced cider. I will admit you will pay more here, but the quality is worth the added expense!

The craft beer revolution is here and Brewdog is at the front conducting proceedings. I’ve sampled what the London bars have to offer, now it was Bristol’s turn and it doesn’t disappoint. The beer is always good, good selection of Brewdog on tap and a fridge full of different beer from all over the world, spirits, cider’s and soft drinks to, something here for everyone. The décor is pretty much the same as their London branches, the stripped back industrial look, in other words it looks pretty fucking cool. Staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable about the beer, so don’t hesitate to strike up a conversation or ask questions about the beer you are drinking, they always have time for you. I’m a super fan of this place. So if your in Bristol, go check it out.
