Not a bad pub this but by no means not the best in the area. You do get quite a few footie watching chavs in the place shouting at the TV screen when their team misses a goal which can be a little annoying when your trying to have a quiet chat with some mates.
That said, there’s no aggressive atmosphere in here (there’s not much of an atmosphere at all!) and if there’s a large group of you wanting to watch a game its perfect. The staff are friendly enough and there’s a pretty good selection of lagers and ales on the go.
