nothing is more horrid than a fresh but COLD croissant with your coffe please agree staff at nero at this branch are really friendly and always fast and ready with your order well done nero

I love this coffee place! I usually have a warm milk with 1 of their flavoured syrups, that are usually used in the coffee,(which I also have)! A warm coconut ‘milky’ is particularly calming during a busy day of shopping! The only problem I have is usually by the time I get there, there is not much, if any meat free food, but quite a good range of meat/​fish items! Which doesnt help me personally as a veggie! So if I want anything to eat, it has to be a pkt of crisps, biscuit or a cake! Otherwise service is good, drinks are good, but prices are the higher side of average!

A great place to meet friends, especially for those travelling by train as this is quickly and easily available from New Street Station — undercover walk all the way!
The aroma is extremely tempting and provided you can get a seat it’s a wonderful way to while away a few hours gossiping and watching the world go by.
The prices are as you’d expect for such a venue, and they also run a Loyalty card (buy nine drinks, get the tenth free).
Their selection of hot snacks (filled paninis and suchlike) are basic but tasty, and their selection of cakes and gateaus and cream desserts are unbelievably mouth-​watering and tempting.
An all-​round enjoyable experience.

A great place to stop and have a break during your shopping in the Bull Ring, the staff are friendly and helpful. The prices are in line with the usual coffee shop prices in Birmingham. This store can be found next to TK Maxx. Just wanted to add that they source coffee beans from fair trade countries. They also have a slogan about being the best coffee outside of Milan, I do enjoy their drinks but it is probabally my third choice when looking for somewhere to have a coffee
