For so long I have been totally unaware of where this gallery was located, but thanks to the helpful aides at Belfast’s Culture Night I was directed on my way to the small gallery located in the back streets of Cathedral Quarter(between Hill St and the Oh Yeah Music Centre). The gallery is rather small and the art work was quite alternative. The exhibition showing was by Mark McGreevy and wasn’t quite to my tasting but everyone’s different so it may be your thing… the work consisted of abstract paintings with alternative titles, like ‘dreaming of a blue line’(or something of the sort) which didn’t actually have anything to do with the title but I’m not here to pass judgement as an arts review, so the premises as a gallery was well laid out, light and airy which is ever important. Third Space is a nice enough gallery in a thriving location.
