Friendly staff and atmosphere. Seating very good inside as well as a meeting room, ideal for a business meeting holding 10 around the semi cut off area. Outdoor seating too.

The barista in this branch of Starbucks is the friendliest I have come across. he has a smile for everyone, and can often be seen chatting to regular patrons.
There are loads of sofas and tables inside, meaning it’s perfect for meetings. There is a knitting group which meets here, as well as book crossing events.
As it’s inside a Borders, they don’t mind if you read books off the shelves before buying them, and there are usually newspapers and books hanging around anyway.
They stock a full range of Starbucks merchandise, as well as giving away free coffee grounds.
