Now living in Birmingham I’m spoilt with really excellent curry houses but the Raj is still a good find. Up there as one of my favourite Indian restaurants in Bucks. The staff are always really friendly, the service is quick, the restaurant atmosphere is nice too. It’s a popular place amongst locals and I’d recommend it for a casual dinner with friends and family. Food wise I went for a classic korma which was particularly strong on the coconut front, very tasty. I did get food envy when the king prawn sizzler was brought out though! All in all — solid choice for a curry if you’re in the area.

A good indian restuarant in Wendover. Worth the short trip from Aylesbury to Wendover just to have some very good food here. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Cosy atmosphere. The food is always good and the prices very reasonable. May be worth booking on busy Friday and Saturday nights. It is not always possible to park on the road outside(you might be luck). Otherwise, park in the Car Park on the high street in Wendover and walk down. Only 5 minutes away.

This is our first choice for Indian food, the food is excellent here. This restaurant gets packed out as it is quite small and there are a lot of tables packed in, but it also does takeaway. The service is excellent and the food is very reasonably priced. It serves alcohol. The parking can be a bit of a walk.
