On our last day in Hong Kong, my dad & I had lunch with one of his friends. We dined at Pak Loh Chiu Chow, inside Kowloon’s Elements Mall. On the table were beef guy lan (Chinese broccoli), baby oyster omelette, roasted goose with tofu, & chow mein. Everything was good, but my favorite dish was the oyster omelette. Little pieces of oysters were stuffed inside the fluffy egg.
