Went here for breakfast and it was pretty good. I would imagine that my lack of love for the place was due to it being a different culture and different way of cooking. There wasn’t difficulty with a language barrier and that was nice. We ordered the French toast w bacon and with sausage. They gave a pound of bacon w the French toast. The bacon had an odd taste to it for me. My husband got the sausage and said the casing for the sausage was very tough. The French bread was good but order extra syrup of you like ample syrup. Overall not bad for the price.

Everything was great. Service was wonderful there was not a language barrier as mentioned in other posts. I picked the French toast and so did my husband, he finished his plate ago quick I am sure he enjoyed it. Everything was made fresh so it was hot! Perfect way to start the morning. The lunch was getting Prepped and looked amazing so i want to come back.

Prices reasonable. Breakfast, eh ok. Pancakes were under done. Sausage was mushy inside(undercooked). French toast was good, omelet was ok. 2 ½ stars in my opinion based on overall.

We spent a week at a nearby resort and ate here almost every day. The prices are unbeatable — under $ 20 for a hearty breakfast for two. The French toast, omelettes ham, hash browns etc. are all good, classic diner food. The owner is very friendly and makes sure your food comes out quickly. Wish we’d known about this place sooner!

I give this place five stars for their location to our resort(Wyndham Rio Grande) and price. We had breakfast here everyday. Two eggs, toast and bacon is a mere $ 4 compare to almost twenty at the resort. We had good lunch sandwiches here which ran between $ 3 – 6. You cannot beat the value and quality of the food here!

We were a party of 5 and all had an amazing breakfast for only $ 30 drinks and tip included!!! So for the price and taste it is a deal. Nothing fancy but flavor was on point. We made the mistake of going to Antojito’s on the 2nd day and paid $ 50 for a blah breakfast. Dalia’s was more to my taste and well worth the price. They offer eggs, waffles, pancakes, toast, etc. Definitely worth going to for a quick home style breakfast

Owner was really nice and they were quick. Food is good! Two sandwiches and drinks for $ 11. Plus you are able to eat half of the sandwich now and half later.

French toast on pan de aqua? Count me in. The only reason for 3 stars though? Missed part of the order and forgot part of my wife’s, so we had to wait around for something that should have been an in and out. Owner speaks English too, for those of you staying at that resort down the road

The french toast is pretty tasty. 4 large slices of pan de aqua soaked in egg and grilled. A nice variation from breakfast sandwiches:) Like a lot of delis/panadarias, it can be a little disorganized and slow. The owner seems to speak pretty good English and was kind.

Mariana was the lady that greeted us as we walked in. So speak very good English and was very helpful. Above all the food was great. The owner was very pleasant, and very accommodating. The cook very very nice, as we request for a special dish that they only server on a certain day, they cooked just for us, and making sure that we enjoy it. I will return many many more time, if I am in Puerto Rico. It is small Gem in the island. Two thumbs up for hole in the wall.

My family and I stumbled upon this as we were trying to find our outdoor activity. I’m SO glad we did! It has a cafeteria style serving, but will make you whatever is not on their menu board! Mary Anne was AWESOME! So welcoming, so humble, so AWESOME! We became regulars at this spot as we came in the last three days of our trip for lunch! They recognized us on the spot and were happy we returned! The coffee is an espresso that comes in a small cup with milk already added. It was FANTASTIC! Their rice and beans are amazing, their sandwiches are awesome, and their French Toast is put on a French baguette and not sliced bread! If you’re in town, and can find this spot… DEFINITELY stop! They’re next to a Chinese restaurant that I’ve never seen anyone go into and a Cheque Cashing spot. I’m giving it two thumbs up, a hell yeah, and whatever else you can think of! Dalia’s Dinner… FTW!
