O espaço é brilhantes, nada deixa a desejar.

Come here if you need a gluten free haven in Lisbon, or just if you want some really good food and great service. My wife and I came here for dinner. We couldn’t find any hours on their website, but when we showed up we found that they open for dinner at 7:30 pm. Their lunch is from 12 to 2:30 they said. Their menu lists the gluten free, lactose free, and vegetarian items very clearly. We were able to choose a gluten free item from each part of the menu. They really understand gluten allergies here as we came to find out. My wife is gluten intolerant, and once we informed our waitress of this, she brought out gluten free bread for my wife. I tried some of it and it tasted very good and fluffy, unlike most of the store bought gluten free bread we get in the US. After our bread, the waitress brought out a tomato mozzarella salad, compliments of the chef. It was delicious and delectable. For our appetizer, we shared a gluten free butternut squash soup with hazelnut pesto that was really good. For our entrees, my wife got the gluten free chicken and shrimp with risotto which she said was phenomenal, and I got the crispy pork belly with celery purée, great beans and Apple chutney. This was one of the most delicious plates I have ever eaten in my life. To finish, for dessert, we shared the gluten free lemon verbena crème brûlée which was superb. The white wine sangria is flat out amazing. Cant beat this place. Nestled within the Inspira spa and hotel, it was our favorite dining experience hands down in Lisbon.
