I have used Vistaprint for my own business cards, and for client cards on occasion. I’ve always been pleased with the card quality for the price and have often been complimented on how good my cards look(I design them and do not use the stock). I also prefer folded cards and it is easy to create the look I want on the inside. This morning I went to open another box from a 1,000 count order from last July and found someone else’s card! I still had one box of 250 that is correct, so I wasn’t in a bind. When I got back home I called Vistaprint, and while talking with them about the situation, I opened the last remaining box. Yet another business’ cards! This has never happened before(to me). A replacement order was immediately processed for my missing 500 cards. It was then suggested that I toss the cards from the other businesses since they«probably» called and had them replaced already. I’m not sure about that; after all, I just discovered it myself. I’ve called the other businesses to confirm they want the cards I have and if they do, I’ll mail them out. To summarize, the missing cards didn’t affect me negatively but they could have. The response from Vistaprint was perfect except for the ‘toss’ suggestion. All of my previous dealings with them have been flawless, so a «4» is in order.

I have to say I like making t-shirts from Vistaprint. I have never done anything else with them. I do find their website a pain to work through, and how can they not offer a v-neck shirt? Come on Vistaprint get with it. But I got one today and it is sharp bright and clear. They usually offer some good discounts and in total with shipping it was $ 17 for one shirt, not bad for a cool rock band shirt no one else has.

This company is crazy making. I won’t go not the chaos involved in tying to order products. I will say however, that if one spends 90 minutes picking out photos, cropping them, etc, they should have something that says SAVE if that’s required to not lose the work. Instead, it says PREVIEWANDFINISH. I lost all the work. When I called I was told that I was to hit a tiny icon that no one knows what it’s for, to save it first. We are supposed to know that. They have someone else’s email address with my account number. Just spent 45 minutes on the phone to straighten this out. She said she fixed it and that I should log out, then back into Vistaprint and all will be there. Did it, nothing’s there. Not only that, they are sending all my emails, the work that’s to go into MY portfolio, into someone else’s! So again, I spent all this time trying to fix THAT problem, told it was resolved, and it’s not. So now I have to go through this all over. The only reason I’ll do it is because I don’t want my stuff in someone else’s account. Wish me luck. At the rate they take care of things, it will take all weekend! Outrageous!

Das ist wirklich der letzte Drecksladen, Werbespam ohne Ende, keine Datenlöschung möglich, unfähig auf Emailbeschwerden zu reagieren(wir finden Ihre Daten nicht), unfähige Callcenter-Leute die überfordert einfach auflegen, einfach nur zu blöd. Ein krasser Fall von Datenmissbrauch und ein Vorgang für den Datenschutzbeauftragten. Die Produkte selbst sind unterdurchschnittlicher Qualität mit Lockvogelpreisen, rechnet man die Gesamtkosten inkl. aller Optionen und Versandkosten ist es gar nicht mehr günstig. Mein Tipp: Finger weg die agressive Werbespamflut ist dummdreist und nervig.

Gutschein bei Groupon gekauft und dafür auch einen Kalender gekauft. Habe mich dann bei Vistaprint verklickt. Es gab für diesen Gutschein 2 Kalender, aber das war aus den Forumularen nicht so zu erkennen. Auf Anfrage bei Vistaprint nur die Antwort, das sie da nichts mehr zu machen gedenkten. Nix mit Kundenservice oder mit Kulanz oder Freundlichkeit. Die Dame am Telefon auch sehr genervt und unangenehm. Besser nichts da kaufen.

Vistaprint may be great for cheap(and high quality!) business cards/other printed matter, but: My review of one star is about business checks. I ordered business checks.(Business. CHECKS.) They were shipped – after a looong delay – with NO tracking, and the live chat«helper» couldn’t even tell me what carrier was used. I had to wait and wish and hope that a) they’d arrive and b) that I wouldn’t have to close my bank account and open a new one. This is just… wrong. All kinds of WRONG. :/
