Amazing small bar at the oude gracht in Utrecht.
Really big collection of belgian beer. Lots of different kinds, even the amazing peach fruit beer!
The location is great, on a summer night you can even bring your beer out to the canal. The bar is actually a great size, but its always so full it seems like its the smallest pub in the world. At evening the tables are full of people enjoying their beer, and it can be hard to move around the bar. The bathrooms are alright, but its not to much fun sitting next to the door.

Greatest variety of beer in Utrecht. And the most amazing lentil soup I’ve ever had in my life. Don’t go on the weekends though. It gets really crowded and you may end up without food. (The beer seems endless. No worries about that.)

Sin duda uno de mis sitios favoritos en Utrecht para tomar una cervecita por la noche. Tienen una larga lista de cervezas: rubias, negras, con sabores… Además tienen buena música de fondo y que te permite mantener una conversación tranquilamente. La lástima es que se queda pequeño siempre, y que hay que tener paciencia con las colas, siempre está lleno.
Siempre me acordaré de la escultura de una vaca a tamaño real, que hay por ahí decorando el local

Umfangreiche Bierauswahl, modertae Preise, immer voll mit Studenten und sonstigen jungen Leuten, Mitten in der Altstadt von Utrecht gelegen, direkt an der Gracht
immer voll — aber auch etwas schmuddelig, was allerdings authentisch wirkt.
Wir haben immer Spass in der Kneipe gehabt und sind gerne hingegangen.

Ever wonder where the middle aged ladies with butch hair cuts and occupy protesters go for a beer? So did I until I found this place. Actually, this place takes all sorts. Has all the elements of an overpriced hipster bar without the ridiculous upcharge and pretentiousness.

When I still lived back in the Netherlands, I would be here about twice a week. Awesome beer selection (that actually slowly evolves, too!), nice atmosphere, cool bartenders. I miss it to be able to drink beer until ~3 or 4 am!

Zu dem Zeitpunkt wo ich dort war. war extrem viel los. extrem viel. aber es ist einfach eine dermassen ausgelassene Stimmung dort. man kommt sofort mit jedem ins Gespräch. 5 Punkte für Bier und Stimmung

A friend brought us here as «the» place to have a drink in Utrecht and it seems all the locals know of this place too! It has a HUGE beer menu from around the world (yes even some Canadian selections!) and attentive, friendly staff.
Didn’t get a chance to come here when it was busy but I was assured it usually gets really packed. Just make sure if you’re heading outside you don’t stray too far from the tables, you don’t want to get run over by a bike… trust me.

Eine kleine meißt sehr volle Bar in Utrecht. Das schöné an dieser Kneipe ist, dass es hier so geschätzte 170 verschiedene Biersorten aus den Niederlanden, Belgien und Deutschland gibt. Auch irisches und schotisches Bier wird teilweise gezapft, teilweise in Flaschen auf den Tresen gestellt.
Also genau der richtige Ort um ein gemütliches Bier zu trinken, dass es vielleicht nicht im Supermarkt gibt.
Leider ist die Kneipe ziemlich klein und wegen der Vielfalt sehr beliebt, so dass es oft sehr voll ist. Aber ein Besuch lohnt sich trotzdem.
