Great, succulent steaks here. Friendly service, big beers, everything we needed for dinner on the stag party. The place itself is in one of the cellars along the ‘Oudegracht’ and sports a great atmosphere.

This review for the bar only.
After searching Utrecht bars and restaurants looking for Bourbon to introduce to my European colleagues, we found Broadway Steakhouse. I chose Bulleit Bourbon not seen elsewhere in Utrecht.
Friendly service.
Drinks are priced on high side for Utrecht and Zeist area.
Location Highlight: Broadway is right on the canal at water level. Beware if with small children… or drunk… there is no safety railing.
Funny: When we went outside, still on premises, for fresh air while still drinking, a server ran after us asking us to leave behind something of value since we hadn’t paid our bar tab. Only time this has happened in Utrecht or Zeist. We either look like thieves or they’ve had problems in the past. Or maybe both :)

Love sitting along the canal… but sadly the service and the menu/​food options were not the greatest. The staff were uneducated about food options, and so we ordered fries, and were charged for both ketchup and mayo.
My beer was brought to me with a dirty glass to pour it into.
BUT there wasn’t a closer table to the canal so that made me happy.
