Three of us in from U.S. on business. Restaurant has a very nice atmosphere and helpful and very friendly serving staff. The menu is broad with both full dinners of meats or fish but also it has a nice range of sandwiches and appetizers. Two of us had beef burgers and liked them very much. Our other colleague had the tuna burger and he was very pleased. Frites were excellent!

Great place — we sat out on the patio which overlooked the nearby canal — very beautiful. Also connected to this restaurant is a really trendy bar that looked like a classy place to hang out. I had the Saté van varkenshaas and. it was amazing. I’m actually now in love with Sate — which is a non-spicey thai sweet peanut sauce that is fairly popular in the Netherlands, I’ve since found other Sate dishes in other restaurants. However, the best I’ve had so far has been here. I also tried the mustard soup which I was nervous about — but should not have been it was very delicious.

This is a good place to eat! Yes, very much a bistro. Good mix of different dishes. Has boullabaise(sp?) soup and it was very good. Crispy tuna was ok. Steak was delicious. Haven’t eaten much in Hoofddorp, but this place is pretty classy.

The local coworker took us to this restaurant. I couldn’t tell what type of cuisine they have. It seems more international. I had Thai shrimp, Indonesia pork sate and steak. They all taste really good. The dessert is very creative. They used one type of fruit, gooseberry. It’s rare in US.
