Maybe should be a 3 star but they deserve a chance! The place is almost too big but I hope they get the groups of people they are hoping for. You assume this is a franchise from the perfect décor, but apparently it is a one of a kind. Their broodjes are delicious, fresh and very generous with ingredients. Also, appetizers of feta fingers was really tasty… feta wrapped in phyllo with a drizzle of honey. Service, though the guy was alone in a huge restaurant, was excellent. The place is nicely appointed — great prices and convenient to Haarlem central station. One downfall… sound …there were some kids and their voices echoed. The waiter informed us that the owners also have Jetties which is a great lunch spot!
