I went here after reading great reviews on Unilocal.However, my expectations were sadly shattered and this bar became quickly somewhere I would never return to. The bar man (older guy) seemed to be drunk and free poured both my husbands and my wine. I had an ‘ok’ sized glass and then my husband had a very disappointingly under-​poured ‘taster’ of a glass. The guy didn’t seem bothered at all. We got the bill and it was ridiculously overpriced. Never again unfortunately. I really wanted to like this place.

Yum. Great wine and delicious cheese. I visited with a few Italian friends and now I know why they chose this place. I was blown away by the quality of the wine. Affordable and great vibe.

I hate to do this, but I need to report a terrible case of food poisoning from Wijnbar Di Vino this past Tuesday, March 19, 2013. Both my friend and I were terribly ill on Wednesday following our meal at Di Vino. I was informed that the kitchen is run by different chefs on Tuesday night, but regardless, you should never have to worry about food safety.
My apologies to the management.

I had the pleasure of meeting a group of Amsterdam International Women here for Italian Wine and Recipe Exchange. It was just simply lovely! We had the opportunity to try Amsterdam’s most authentic Italian wine and show off our culinary skills in the kitchen. We were given full access to their cozy kitchen upstairs. I was excited about the event because it was the perfect opportunity for me to create one of Jamie Oiver’s Italian dishes.
Wijnbar Divino is a lovely Italian bar/​restaurant. I liked the concept and the winery is defiantly worth exploring more. The atmosphere is relax and a casual place to meet up with a group of friends or enjoy a bottle of wine with a date worth spoiling. Divino is an ideal place to enjoy Italian wine, cheese and pasta. All of the wines are transported from the organic/​bio Italian wine vineyards. I intend on returning back to enjoy a few drinks with my Dutchman. Thank you Divino!
