First time we had real sushi. We were seated in the private room in the back. The tast, the ambiance, everything is perfect.

Thoroughly enjoyed the meal we had here for the company Holiday celebration! Although I did not work to set it up, the person who did said they were very easy to work with and gave us some good choices for the meal.
We had a set menu which included sushi, Thai chicken skewers and an assortment of chocolates for dessert. It was all very good, but the chocolates for dessert were really delicious!
I’ll be back to enjoy more sushi when I can choose what I would like.

You have not tasted real sushi if you have not been to this restaurant. They are great, every dish is a surprise. Complimented by good and friendly personnel.

Absolutely excellent service and fantastic sushi. A little overwhelmed by the menu, we let the waiter talk the three of us into their three-​course special. Ranging from a fish course to a veggie course to a meat course, the meal was perfectly timed and the waiter’s excellent English helped us know exactly what we were enjoying. Unfortunately, I can’t remember anything more about the delicious food as our empty beer bottles were magically replaced with full ones throughout the meal.
The waiter was also able to arrange a taxi for us at the end of the meal.
Very very good, if perhaps a little on the spendy side. If you’re in Amsterdam and work is paying for it, definitely go to The Red Sun!
