We were visiting Amsterdam and I did a little research before we arrived. This place was new, but got some really positive reviews and I was intrigued. Despite many locals or the concierge knowing too much about it, we made reservations. I was completely blown away, I actually said during the meal (do the tasting menu!!) that it was the best restaurant I had ever been to. Now, I am a food writer in Miami, travel a lot and am in restaurants more than the average person. This was true, five star, elevated cuisine with eye-​popping execution and extraordinary flavor combinations and textures. If you go to Amsterdam, you must experience this exquisite restaurant.

What an awesome experience! We went with the full tasting menu and it was delicious from start to finish. The wine selection is very nice — we had some white burgundy and red burgundy and it paired nicely with everything. The folks there are super nice and the chef comes out to describe each dish! Would highly recommend doing the full tasting especially with four people — it makes for an enjoyable evening! The amount of detail to each item is incredible — starting with the amuse bouche — which looks like a regular black olive — but it is a burst of flavor when you pop the entire piece in your mouth! Amazing — I took pictures of everything we ate because it was just that good! Go there you will not be disappointed!

Went here for a birthday dinner and it really was fabulous! French tapas, and we chose the small tapas menu plus the oysters. All of it was delicious, especially the seafood: mussels, razor clam and oysters. I got a bit tipsy, so I don’t really remember how many courses we had, but I left totally full. Except for the salted caramel dessert, that was so scrumptious I wanted to eat 10 more. Cozy atmosphere and friendly service rounded out our experience. Try it for your next date night!

We tried the full menu of this relatively new place and it was a fantastic experience! The concept is you get small bites (like Tapas), all in French cuisine. We really liked the innovative cooking. Examples were filled olives that tased like the best olives you’ve ever had, fantastic mussles, amazing oysters, meat to die for. Really good food. And they have a great wine list to pair your food with. Finally, the service was very friendly. A bit slow at the start, but they made up for that during the night. So they really deserve their 5-​stars!

I was there on 3rd October and it was a fantastic dinner with great variations of tapas and wine. Very creative and nice service. I would recommend to spend a great dinner here again.
