Booked there after reading reviews on their waxing services. Prices are much cheaper compared to the average in Amsterdam.
Well … the price here reveals the quality of the experience obviously
First of, no people skills whatsoever. A hello, go up to the first room on your right, get ready and wait … Used to the service now in this town, it didnt shock me really
The hygiene is on the limit. The white soulless rooms are not particularly nice to be in. the towels on which you are lying are not the cleanest. The equipment used is not from the latest generation (or the previous one). And I didnt see her desinfecting her tweezers or material before using them on me. She didnt clean the are to wax either … (to remove cream or anything)
Now on to the technical part, the waxing itself. I think that lady as been trained as much as me at waxing = NOT AT ALL!
The wax used is of a very poor quality, which makes it stick to your skin and not to the hair. And the technic … well … no comments, its bad and painful. I could probably give it a try and do as good.
Not a single word during the treatment, not even a small talk to take away the attention from the pain.
Note that I left with small bruises (due to the 5 attempts of waxing on the same piece of skin), and some small bleeding.
Offering such a service is a real shame.

No thrills spa that is good for waxing services. The rooms are clean and simple. Compared to other place in Ams, they are less expensive and do offer discounts on certain days of the week. Getting an appointment on Saturday is a bit tough.
