Years and years ago Sybo was already a known name in the neighborhood for excellent catering and that iconic store front on staring plein. Then just over a year ago, Sybo opened up a take out place featuring organic fries as the special item on the menu. Anyone who has been to the Netherlands or Belgium knows that a good fry stand is a treasure to be found. Sybo is one of those treasures. Unless you hate things that are organic, you’re bound to enjoy the fries here. I like to add a veggie burger while Im there and call it a meal.
To make matters even better, Sybo himself is a nice guy and a longtime resident of the neighborhood who is interested in his customers and makes people feel at home.
