–1 star if I could. Never had such a horrible experience with a dry cleaner.
My absolute most favorite blouse got a lipstick stain and I rushed it here as it was only place open at 10am on Monday near me (usually use Linda on Pieter langendijkstraat, she’s great). The shirt came back 2 sizes too small with a stench of cigarettes. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
Husbands Shirts came back with most collar tabs missing! All the zenga ones in particular, all gone. His shirts also smelled of cigarettes and every hanger was different (annoys me).
Also went in to pick up the day they told me and saw all my shirts in the back room had yet been ironed. They were painfully wrinkled. Had to wait an extra day.
