Good personal attention and a little island for the men to sit down and provide feedback to women trying their new dresses.
What’s not to like? Oh yeah, the prices, although, they’re much cheaper than other London fashion houses that still get their stuff made in poor countries.

This is one of their locations that specializes in dresses… about 90% of the store stock is dresses. I must say I was impressed! Reallllllly cute dresses for everyone… from 20-​something girls to trendy grandmas. I now have a go-​to place for those times when I need a unique dress.
