My fiancé loves their sandwiches and I love the gluten free macarons and cookies! Wishing there was more gluten free products or breads for me of course because every time I go to buy a sandwich that I can’t eat I nearly wanna cry, because It looks and smells so yummy!!!
Girls working there are nice too!

I’ll start with the good–
Stach has great bread. I live close by so I normally buy my bread there and like the verity and the breads they have. They have different sizes and different flour so all good options.
Two things I don’t like at all.
First– the coffee is really made badly. Airy foam rather then creamy, over boiled milk. Not nice at all. And not recommended.
The second thing is that in the past three times I’ve been there I wanted to pay cash but have been asked to pay by pin cause they don’t have change.
If it was a place like marqt or sla that say in advance that they only accept pin, I’d be ok with it.
But I have been trying to pay with small notes for several times and the last time I’ve tried the girl at the counter was actually rood about it.
Look– money is money. And if you say you accept cash as well as pin you should let me pay the way I choose.
And if you will keep on declining my 10 or 20 euro notes I will jist have to find another place that accept them…

Yes! JanEef scored again! Today Stach has opened its 4th winkel on Admiraal de Ruijterweg 77 (the corner where Jan Eef starts).
Since Stach is a chain you won’t learn anything new in the following paragraph. I love to visit their shops from time to time to buy a take away meal when I’m too lazy to cook, or to get one of their lekker broodjes or a rhubarb muffin, yum! They also offer a fine selection of delicacies like home-​made bread, refined olive oils, quality chocolate, sweets and teas or addictive nut mixes (try the Smokehouse amandelen). Like in the other winkels the staff here is super friendly and helpful. Stach is worth a visit every time.
