Very relaxed spot in an otherwise quite busy area. If you do not feel like it is one of those days, when you need to see and be seen, this is a good alternative to the otherwise hip and crowded bars and cafes on the Albert Cuyp side-​streets.
While I have come to the conclusion that there is no consistency in the quality of service, the quality of food served is rather consistent. I have had the Club as well as the Burger, and have been happy about both. I would, however, pick the burger above the club. The burger comes with fried that I would very nice.
Big plus point is the terrace. Besides being next to the park, on a sunny day it is quite a good place to peacefully absorb those precious rays.

Gutes essen, nichts besonderes aber man kann auch nicht viel falsch machen. Nette Atmosphäre, viele einheimische hatte ich das Gefühl. Altersklasse 20 – 35.

Stumbled across this place while wandering around the Old South area of Amsterdam on a recent visit and really enjoyed the food here. My wife had a burger that was incredibly good, probably the best I’ve ever had outside the states. I had a carpaccio sandwhich, which I’d never even heard of but that was absolutely incredible. Finished it off with some chocolate cake that was the perfect end to a fantastic lunch. Actually made it back the next day before we left for the airport and were just as pleased. Randomly happening upon such a great places like this is one of the things I truly love about Amsterdam.
