They’ve seriously nailed pizza crust. It’s spot on. Unfortunate that this isn’t enough. If all it took was pizza crust to make a good restaurant, we’d all be eating lunchables.
The fundamental issues is that the five-​item pizza menu is slightly boring. It’s not choose a new innovative pizza option that you’ll remember. It’s more like choose one of these five classics you’ve had before.
Two final notes to end on: they serve brouwerij ‘t ij and I like their patio and building.
