Food is nice, they actually had ondesk little oven for fresh grill, drink is fine, like their garlic sauce

Sneaky, they put a sign outdoors with great prices for specials (steaks, ribs, etcetera), after taking a seat and wanting to order a special they came with some bogus excuse that those are only available before 6pm (this was not on the sign, thus they could say whatever time they wanted, wouldn’t be surprised if they would say it’s only available after pm7 if you come before 6pm).
Meat was tasty BUT: service was terrible:
my girlfriend answered the waiter with ‘no, thank you’ after he asked if she wanted a salad as side dish, his response was ‘you should, it’s healthy’, she replied again ‘no thank you’, and he kept insisting. no manners. He should be a car salesman.
During our meal we got moved to another table, we got seated at a 4seat-​table, after a 2seat-​table got available they wanted us to go sit there to make room for a party of 4. I understand 2 people at a 4seat table is bad for business, but moving people that are already eating their main dish to another table, is even worse.
We ordered 2 beers, the waiter gave us 2 huge beers, 5,50 € a piece. I didn’t ask for large beers (0,5liter each).
They sell everything separately, so if you order steak all you get is steak, no salad, no fries, no sauce.
I had the spareribs which were good, but the portion was too small.
My girlfriend had a steak, which was tasty, but very very small. we were expecting something bigger for 17 € for steak without any side dishes…
Also I found it strange that the waiters didn’t speak or understand any Dutch. We may be in touristic Amsterdam, it’s still in holland.
If you don’t mind annoying waiters and spending a lot of money for small but tasty meat, go here. If you want the full thing (reasonable price, honest menu’s/advertising, waiters with good manners, skip this place!!!

As someone that often travels to Brazil and is married to a Brazilian I must say that this is the worse Brazilian steak house that I have ever been.
Service is terrible and the food is far from authentic, not to mention that not even the music is Brazilian. (It’s a Caribbean salsa)
The «picanha» is not actual picanha it misses the layer of fat that give its
also misses the key only ingredient used for it in a Brazilian steak (rock salt)
The garlic bread is a warm bread with a side of garlic butter.

This place was actually perfect for me, with food allergies. Lots of different kinds of grilled meats, all juicy and well seasoned, and a buffet with more to choose from. Casual and friendly. I’d definitely go again and safe room for grilled pineapple for dessert (see photo)!

Wir waren dort im Mai 2011 und dann noch mal im Juni 2012. Essen war 1a. Ambiente ging gerade so noch, in meiner Erinnerung war es hübscher. Das Restaurant hat sehr seltsame Öffnungstage (So. bis Di. haben die geschlossen, glaube ich mich zu erinnern). Also vorher noch mal prüfen. Das Highlight war die eine männliche Bedienung. Die schwebte mit weit geöffneten Pupillen quasi durch den Raum. 1A!

Empfehlenswerter Brasilianer im Herzen des Ausgehviertels De Wallen. Köstliches Fleisch, lecker gewürzt und gut gegrillt. Empfehlen kann ich das Rodizio. Dies ist zwar recht teuer (28 EUR), aber seinen Preis Wert. Man erhält verschiedene Sorten gutes Fleisch so viel man mag. Man hat nicht den Eindruck, dass mit gutem Fleisch gegeizt wird. Auch das Buffet bietet leckere und schmackhafte Gerichte. Leider ist das Ambiente nicht ganz so schön, typisch lateinamerikanisch halt: eng, stickig, bunt zusammengewürfelt und ein bisschen provisorisch. Hier besteht auf jeden Fall Verbesserungsbedarf.
