We bought our second hand bikes there. Great service, very helpful. We’ve had the bikes for a month now no problems at all. They also give you a 3 months guarantee. Highly recommend

Otto bikes has a nice selection of bikes in Amsterdam. Plus customer service is excellent too. I saw my dream bike in here. Well, too bad that I can’t ride it at the moment, because I got some botch surgery done in Amsterdam. However, the shiny red bike is so beautiful that I think I must purchase it anyways. I just hope that I can recover at some point physically, so I can return back to cycling on a regular base.

This shop was great. We were in and out of there in 2 minutes with a pair of bikes — each for € 10/day. The guys were friendly and very helpful. And you won’t stick out so blatantly as a tourist on their bikes. Go there. Just always make sure to lock up your bike in Amsterdam!
