After a very long walk around Amsterdam our group and inner fat girls were craving some pizza. We stopped at this pizza joint around 9pm. The pizza was okay. Each pizza is a generous size, enough for two people. A bit greasy, and lacked flavor. The price was a bit expensive. 4 € for a small can of Fanta, not cool. I would only recommend if you’re really hungry and it’s the only thing open. I would also recommend to the owner to get rid of the gnats with Apple vinger. it was annoying swatting them away while eating.

We were really disappointed. Most of the ingredients in the pasta and salad were missing. Lot’s of cheap greasy cheese and almost no fresh vegetables. After a few bites we had to throw it away :(We will never go back.

This is a small Italian pizzeria /gelateria. They speak Italian, Dutch, and English! It is a warm summer day, and the brick oven keeps the place warm, so takeaway is a good idea. Street parking right in front. On the other hand, pizza cooled on the way home. So today’s order was: 1) Two pizzas. Dough rolled out to order, and baked in brick oven. Cheese topping was home made mozzarella, all ingredients seem fresh. Crust is thin(not paper thin crispy), but more like a flatbread, with a good chewy crumb/texture. Had the parma(wow-delish, with extra arugula and truffle paste splattered around) and the prosciutto e funghi(should have read carefully that it says beenham-cold Dutch ham, so it was just ok). 2) 1Liter of incredibly delicious gelato. You can mix all the flavors you want. I picked 4 flavors which were packed tightly into a styrofoam, sealed to-go container. We rate the ice creams as being very rich in flavor, creamy and smooth. Even the sorbet was creamy and smooth! We had Sicilian Pistachio(wow), nutella, berry cheesecake(yogurt ice cream), and mango(sorbet-wow).
