I know this is a chain but let me say, the food is good, healthy and locally sourced when possible. It was a delightful breakfast without crowds but near the museum district. Excellent coffee and the bread was delicious! Great atmosphere for kids as well…

Schnukliges belgisches Café mit sehr freundlichem Service und Leckereien. Leider etwas gehobenere Preise, was man sich aber gerne mal leisten darf. Von Rührei über Pain au chocolat zu warmen belegten Croissants, kann man hier auch einfach nur Brot kaufen.

Fantastic Gueyere and Chicken tartine with roasted red pepper and basil oil. A pleasant place to sit in the sunshine and prompt service made this an enjoyable visit.

Warm place and athmosphere, lovely service.
Cakes and patisseries are just delicious, as well as the variety of bread.
Wide omlettes choice, great for a sunday brunch. Croque monsieur delicious.
Coffee is okay but I am picky with coffee, being a specialty coffee fan.
To conclude — lovely place.

What’s not to like about this place? It’s as warm, comfortable, and reliable as an old pair of slippers. Great coffee, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. It’s both child friendly as well as being a good place to have a one on one business meeting as well. I can’t comment on the food as I tend to only drink coffee there, but it’s a damn sight better than «close your eyes while we help ourselves to the contents of your wallet’ (Starbucks).
As the Dutch would say ‘een aanrader.‘

Everything on the menu is listed as local and organic. A nice selection of sandwiches and salads. I tried the smoked salmon and was very pleased with meal. Presentation was great as was the taste. Beer selection is limited but they carry quality brews, both blond and browns. Service was excellent as well.

Wonderful late breakfast, the omelet with bio bread was very nice and pure and the ‘wentelteefjes’ a must have if you like sweet.
Only minor point is that they overuse the word ‘bio’ on the menu. I lost count which is actually hilarious.

Interesting breakfast and lunch items. Extremely healthy options and fresh ingredients. Great place to go if you’re into raw food. Ok customer service.

Didn’t know what to expect from a chain but this place is truly excellent. Wonderful breakfasts and salads, extremely fresh. Kale, quinoa you name it. Great service. Much better than the local café in terms of variety and price! Convenient for the Hilton. Opens only at 8am though (or 759 in out case, they took pity!)
