Such a nice and quirky place to visit for a great evening meal. You’ll get a fixed five course meal for a reasonable price (of course they will keep your dietary wishes in mind). We had a dinner here back in August and it was truly a treat. I heard this place has been around for ages here and if you get there you’ll understand why.

MUST DO! A friend of mine that lived in Amsterdam recommended it and I am so glad I listened to his suggestion. There is one menu daily. 5 course meal for € 35. Most people were seated outdoors, very cozy. The restaurant provides blankets for night time if you’re chilly. My friend and I stayed for three hours, they spaced the meals well and weren’t rushed at all. Delicious, fresh food.

While staying in Amsterdam, the people we were staying with suggested this restaurant to us for our anniversary. What a great suggestion.
A five course meal is prepared for you (no choice in the matter, but it was fantastic). I could see how some people would not like this, but everything was delicious. Portion sizes were perfect and the decisions made in the kitchen were a great mix of traditional and unique.
Make reservations because the dining room is small and intimate. Great local spot. Wouldn’t have found it without the local’s recommendation.
