I’ve taken a chocolate making workshop and absolutely loved it! Even though it was in Dutch, the chef was very attentive and answered all the questions patiently. I understood most of it, and he(or the group) translated whatever was unclear. Loved the experience also because of how practical it was — we produced a lot and were given all the boxes to take it(i wasn’t prepared, but luckily the chef was! :)) The pace was intense, but that’s how it has to be! I also liked that all the ingredients we were given were really good quality.
