Despite being located next to a Starbucks, I normally go to Julia’s for its coffee and not for its food. They have very good Illy coffee and the usual barista knows how to make it! As far as the food goes, this outlet of the popular fast food franchise offers the same as all the other, your choice of pasta plus your choice of sauce and they finish it up with Parmesan cheese and rucola. It’s fast and uncomplicated and it kills your hunger and if you are on the go it is quite possibly the best option you will find in Sloterdijk to have a warm meal.

Great fresh made pasta. You can choose your favorite type of sauce and pasta. And they also have whole wheat pasta which I prefer. Going here will not be a bad choice.

I completely agree with Nicola’s review. Who would believe there would be such a good fast food pasta place in the middle of a train station? Which is a really good thing because there really aren’t many reasonably priced food options within walking distance from this train station.

As far as train station food goes, Julia’s might just be the best I’ve had. In the middle of Sloterdijk station is a kitchen cooking pasta. Utensils hang from the ceiling and steam rises. — Welcome to Julia’s! You choose your pasta and your sauce and hey presto! I went for the pesto pollo with wholemeal penne. I’ll always choose wholemeal if it’s available, it’s great that Julia’s has such variety. You can also choose spinach or meat ravioli. My pasta was delicious! And so fresh!(We were deliberating how they could cook it so quick and also have it so fresh. Maybe part cooking?) So, to summarise, whilst you couldn’t eat at Julia’s all the time, when you’re cut short come dinner time, Julia is waiting with pasta! And it’s delicious.
