Jinso

We tried the buffet at the top floor. It has wide choices of the oriental food. Pork ribs are good, the grilled fish is very fresh, and the vegs are delicious. The master chef is so friendly and gave us some recommendations.

It’s a great location for drinks or dinner before/​after your show/​movie/​game. The food is really nice but the staff can be hit or miss (some nice but others not).

Mediocre food, good service, ok ambiance. Wouldn’t have eaten there if I had known before. This place could be good for quick lunch or few drinks. Definetly not for dinner.

Great modern architecture, the food is overpriced for the location in ZuidOost, but strategically located for a cinema evening since it is in front of Arena.
The service was not very good but lately it consistently improved. The meals are Oriental style, I would say average, but many of the dishes have too much sauce.
Drinks have a good price. I give 4 stars for the buffet that they have on Saturday evenings, the selection is good and the food is fresh. There is also a cook that cooks meat or fish fresh in front of you, buffet as well is overpriced.

Last resort dining/​drinking option before the movies or music right here, folks.
Wonderful location, great building, tremendous potential, but it doesn’t even matter. After trying Jinso a few times to dine and drink with groups of various sizes, I have to conclude that there is no way this place is going to get better. The menu is your staple westernized Chinese with a bit of salads thrown in. Drinks are alright, with a good bar selection, just not priced well.
I do have the say, the service is quite fast given the size of the venue. They even have a buffet. The quality of the food is just alright, in my experience, though. The sauces always seem to smell something different.
Oh, and if there is a sporting event in the nearby arena, you can forget about any sense of hygiene. The place becomes a swamp.
All in all, if you are in the area, you are sure to hit this place owing to a total lack of quality restaurants nearby.

OK… I get here often as it is right in front of the Movie theater… so it is easy to grab a bite which is not a BK!
Well. maybe they read what people write on Unilocal… have to say that the service improved… really speedy lately.
It won’t ever get more than 3 stars for me… still corporate chain Chinese food. and yes. still overpriced.
