You can fall left out of Amsterdam Zuid train station and be in this bar! The staff are friendly and pleasant in both Dutch and English. They had a good beer selection including de Koninick APA and Wild Joes which are both new. On tap was Jupiler, La Chouffe and others.
They had bar snacks (mostly peanuts) and nice bitterballen from the kitchen that closed at 8:30pm.
It’s a good place to meet for a midweek catch up or formal informal meeting eg business or recruitment type conversations. Slick and big glass windows, It lacked a bit of cosiness or edge for me. I’m not sure if try it on a Friday night but hope I’m wrong.

Utterly underwhelmed. The food wasn’t «bad» but my ribeye sandwich wasn’t seasoned at all. I’ll stick to getting the standard beer here. Service was ok though — quick and to the point.

Just had a latte to go here, and it was decent. Super, ridiculously hot and undrinkable for 15 minutes — literally, but decent once it cooled.
I have to mention, however, that the service was bitchy. I was only getting a coffee, so why would you scowl at me? Really, I would try the place again if I was going to sit and order more than a coffee, but otherwise, I’ll just go across the street to Starbucks to get served with a smile, thank you.
