This is probably my favorite restaurant in Amsterdam. The staff is friendly and the food is amazing. The only problem I ever have is when they are full. Definitely try the pasta.

This restaurant was a few blocks from where we were staying so we decided to give it a go as we wanted pizza. It exceeded our expectations, as coming from the U.S. we expected a place named«Eddy Spaghetti» to be more of a sticky-seated, fast food pizza place for people with screaming children. In fact it’s quite nice and both of us ended up getting something other than pizza: pumpkin ravioli with a butter sage sauce for me, and a steak with gorgonzola sauce for my fella. We shared some bruschetta topped with mushrooms and mozzarella, and everything was delicious. We each ordered a drink from the gin cocktail list and neither disappointed. The restaurant has a contemporary hipsterish feel, but is cozy(like everything in Amsterdam) and family friendly, with good service. We arrived a little after opening and were glad we did as the place got packed quickly. We had a great meal and would make a point to return if we’re ever in the area again. Also, their bathrooms are cute and smell great!

Another star performance by the three wise men. What can I say, if you’re in the market for good service and great pasta, this is the place to be. Tried the Limoncello and it was good, as was the dessert. An occassional visit here just never ends in dissappointment(unless there is no table available of course;-)).

I had a birthday dinner here, which always puts extra pressure on a restaurant. I have to say they did exceptionally well. Overall review: Good food, good price, good service, good ambiance. Recommended when in Oost. Food: 4.5÷5 The menu is the perfect size: small enough to be able to make a choice without going crazy, large enough that every picky eater can be satisfied. The food was delicious, every dish has clearly had a lot of thought and care put into its creation, and the flavours all melted together wonderfully. Between our group we probably had nearly all of the starters and mains and everyone was very impressed, especially for the good price. The only things I was a tiny bit disappointed by: the starters were very small, especially the burrata and the mixed bruschetta dishes. And my Scampi spaghetti was lacking imagination a little bit — though the menu listed a lot of ingredients, the flavour was just spaghetti in tomato sauce topped with shrimp. A couple of the dishes were truly inventive and interesting, while a few were a bit boring for my taste. But I suppose that’s the point of a varied menu ;) Service: 4.5÷5 Very kind, helpful, friendly and welcoming service. Our server was patient with our relatively large group, bantered with us in English(!) and indulged our semi-drunken conversations with him even when we were the last people in the restaurant and they were clearly waiting for us to leave so they could close. So in general, good with a group, although I found it just a tiny bit slow. Atmosphere: 4.5÷5 We sat on the terrace and while the tables and chairs were metal and not very comfortable, overall the ambiance of the restaurant is lovely. They have a quite big terrace(perfect for summer!), powerful heatlamps that are great for when the sun goes down, and inside it’s just a cozy few tables that are spaced far enough apart from each other(a common issue in Amsterdam restaurants, I’ve noticed). It’s a lovely experience eating here, and I’ll definitely be back with family and groups of friends. Very happy to have this place in my neighborhood!
