I am a total big fan of Café B in Bijenkorf, it’s on the first floor right when you walk in the department store. I think it is one of the best cafes in Amsterdam, despite it being located in a busy tourist location. Great place to meet up with friends for pastries, chocolate, coffee, and tea. They have the best NY Cheesecake in Amsterdam. If you are a real big fan of cheesecakes or looking for some high quality deserts, then I would suggest you stopping in here to buy the NY Cheesecake. I bought the cheesecake and some other goodies in here for Dutchman birthday. They have a lot of fabulous cakes in here to choose from, among many other eye candy goodies. Price amazingly reasonable.
