Til this day, I still think about that delicious salmon baguette I had when I was in Amsterdam.
The baguette was perfectly crispy, fluffy and the sesame seeds really just made this sandwich that much better. Not only did the baguette tasted freshly baked, but the salmon tasted fresh as well. It was minimal on the salt, just the way I like it.
However, I’m not sure how there other choices taste like, but I highly recommend this salmon baguette!
This place is best for lunch as it offers outdoor seating, which is perfect for people watching!

Pretty good spot for outside dining. The patio is full sun during lunch. The beet Thai salad was good. The greens and bread were fresh and the juicy beef was the right spice for me. Bouf makes a proper latte macchiato if your in a coffee mood.

Went here to grab some drinks before heading into het Concertgebouw. The beer selection was pretty average but the place was decent and location is great if you are looking to kill sometime before an event.

This place did not quite live up to the expectation with a name like «bouf.» Came here on the new year eve after checking out the Concertgebouw. It was a prix fixe menu, probably to accommodate the influx of diners later on. But we were early enough that it didn’t really matter.
Both the appetizer and dessert were great but the main course filet was a bit dry for a «medium» cooked order. It wasn’t bad — just had the potential to be so much more.
