Interesting combination of café and public library inside the upscaling De Hallen. You can work in the nice mezzanine, but bring headphones (it’s not really quiet) and be aware that Wifi it’s not for free (you must be member of the library system or pay 1 € for 30 minutes). Downstairs you have a café and next door a food market, so it’s very convenient if you want to stay longer! Inner bike parking in the basement.

Nice place to work most of the time. It’s pretty much inside Café Belcampo so you can take a break and get some coffee or just work in the café. Much of the work space is composed of narrow counters by the windows and there’s 1 work table.
For a freelancer like me, the trouble is all the children running around. Definitely to be avoided on Wednesdays, when the place turns into an indoor playground and there’s even singing time.
It seems there are quite a few people who come here to hang out and yak on their cell phones so if you need a quiet library, this isn’t it.
