Okay, so customer service is kinda important, I always like to give a hearty greeting when I enter somewhere, and it gives you a cold feeling when people working there don’t respond. This is one of those places. They have books mostly in Dutch so that also didn’t help. The only thing I liked most about the place was their collection of stationery. There are a lot of great bookstores in this beautiful city, and this was not one of them.
Bad service and nothing special. I mostly do not give negative reviews unless a place is real awful but to be fair this place was.

Every now and then I have to come here because it’s the closest post-​office-​in-​a-​shop (
servicepunt) to my home. I avoid it if I can. The guy who mainly works here really doesn’t give a shit. If there was something like un-​service, his name would be mentioned in the according Wikipedia entry.
They have quite a nice selection of stationery, magazines and books. But here also, I only pass by for that when I’m too lazy to search for another shop with nice birthday cards etc. Just because I don’t want to give them my money.
