A completely disappointed about this place. If one of the key points about this service is being able to deliver pizzas 24⁄7 and they have been unable to deliver a single pizza at 9PM, the service must be somehow flawed. I placed an orde onliner and after waiting til the time they told us, I phoned them to know about my order. Surprisingly, they have no idea about what I was talking about and even suggested that I may have placed my order to another place! Even when I told them my order number and the confirmation email! Unbelievable
The customer service was very lacking, no solutions where offered and they were even unpolite. Not a single apology.
My advice is clear and sound: avoid this service

This place went from a 5 to a 2 for me. This place is ready to deliver dishes at any hour (although I do think there’s a cut off) much later than most places are open in Amsterdam, so they come in handy.
The first night I ordered from this place I had my Dutch cousin order us 2 capsalons… which is like Fries covered in gyro meat, cheese, onions, and sauce. Delicious when you’re drunk but terrible in the morning. This order came out to about 13−14euro.
The second night I ordered 1 capsalon for myself (in english) and the guy on the phone tried to give me the ‘dumb tourist doesn’t know any better’ price of 21euro!
He tried to charge me 50% more for 50% less food. NEXT!

The hours are very good, but oddly not 24⁄7. Either way they are open when it generally matters. They deliver late at night which is nice. The pizza looked good and was nearly hot. It just lacked flavor. They put a good amount of ham on it, but the pizza itself was bland.
The pizza did not taste bad. It desperately needed flavor. The price is ok, and the timing was fine.
