I have unfortunately received very inconsistently made coffee from Fuze in the last three visits. So I am trying very hard not to write bad things about them. It is kinda my local café, so I want to like it. And I do enjoy the food here, especially the moist carrot cake. For now, I can only rate Fuze at 3 stars. When I can be sure that they can make a perfect cup of latte everytime, I will revise my rating for them. Ps, the milk was burnt(over heated), that’s the inconsistency.

I am a coffee snob. Fuze has the best coffee on the Peninsula. Staff are always friendly and happy.

We go here often, always has great food and coffee. There is a good variety of food on the menu, Fuze Benedict is really good along with the steak sandwich. Kids menu is also good, our boys love the cheese and bacon toasties. Only problem is that it is can be hard to get a table, as it is quite small. There are also tables out the back so make sure you check inside before thinking it is to full.

My friends and I went here when it first opened a few years back for a leaving lunch, and it was really great. They had a great enclosed outdoor section out the back, as well as the tables on the footpath at the front. Back then, the service was fast and friendly, as well as precise, and the coffee was delicious. I just went back there for the first time and had the same great experience. The food came out really fast, my flat white was perfect, and the staff was super friendly and looked like they had been in the business for a while. Definitely a place to make your local café, if you live in the area. Worth coming just for the coffee, at least.

A favourite haunt of the residents of Te Atatu and Westies in general. The food is of a high standard and is consistently good. But the real star of this café is the coffee which even by Auckland standards, is to die for. They serve flat whites in these funnel style cups which seem to enhance the flavour. The staff are friendly and will always ask how your day is going. The only critcism I can think of is that it is a small, narrow café and it can be sometimes be difficult to find a seat on the weekends.
