Muffin Break

This seems to be the main go to place for food and coffee’s, the selection looked and and varied with fresh looking products. I had my first eccles cake in years, just how I remembered it from back home in the motherland.
Being in a prime location, it was quite busy at various times, there are plenty of tables available, but I suspect at lunchtimes etc, it can be a challenge to grab one.

Just as the name says, this shop has an abundance of muffins. It also has a nice selection of meat pies, quiche and sandwiches. There are the usual coffee selections, Cappuccino, Latte, Flat White etc. If you prefer something on the cooler side, opt for one of their frapps, or a fruit blend smoothie.
Conveniently located between the Pharmacy and Kiwibank photoshop — you can have a munch while you wait for your Rx to be filled. The reason I give it 3 stars, is because the clerk wanted to charge me 50 cents for honey. Sugar was free. I had no change and only had my US debit card, which would have charged me an additional transaction fee… I passed.
